For use with Community Builder with JCE installed. Use of this plug in will lock your image folders down and restrict access to every folder but the users personal image folder. Tested on Joomla 1.5.x Series and Community Builder 1.1, 1.2 series.

This solves the issue of when a user submits an article or a graphic, they end up having by default, access to other image directories on the server. If you use JCE Editor, this will lock them out of every folder and create their own personal folder that is private to all other users.
