If you use CB Contacts along with CB Captcha to try and fight spam on your website, then you will know how well it works as long as the link option points to option=com_cbcontact and not just option=com_contact.

This mambot converts links on the fly to com_cbcontact to ensure any links that are not entered correctly are converted when the page is loaded.

This mambot is especially good when "non-techie" users do not remember to edit the links, or for sites that already have a lot of pages, and you do not want to/or can’t find unsecured links.

There are no parameters for this mambot/plugin, simply install and publish.

Note 1: this mambot works only on links included in content items. If you have links embedded in other items, they will not be modified.

Note 2: both CB Contacts and CB Captcha need to be installed and working for this mambot to work.

Note 3: This is a J1.0+ mambot. I have tried it in J1.5+ but it does nothing even with Legacy mode enabled.
