I agree, no support, no nothing. The biggest rip-off plugin for there is, for Joomla, let alone CB. This shouldnt even be on the directory....

...as an experianced joomla developper, I paid 99$ for this and it does not work at all. There is no support although promised. You can conatact them via email, phone or contact form - there is no reply. Very sad, I wanted to implement this search into some of my current project websites, but better pay for a programmer than waste your money with this zipcodesh*t.

It sucks this is the only place you can get zip code searches for CB and MT. I have never ran into such a hassle.

I bought it and waited a week for a response when I ran into problems. Nothing! I called (which always goes to voicemail), emailed and submitted a support ticket. So I pretended to be a new customer and asked a question through their email form.

Guess what! They responded right away! Sure, they will take time out to sell you something but not fix a problem.

I would recommend them to no one. Not to mention they encode their files with ioncube. Even if you do have a problem you can't fix it because of the encoding.
