Arabic Language Plugin

This is plug in provides Arabic Language support for Community Builder. It is based on the latest English Language plug in.
I've tested it on Joomla! 1.5.10 and CB 1.2 and it is working fine.
Just install it using the CB Plug in Manager...
The file cbteamplugins_language.php Is now completely Arabic and UTF-8.

I have installed the plugin, but something is wrong. All the characters show as question marks. "???????" The registration form titles display as question marks. The title of the main CB page displays as question marks, too.
Some posts are referring to UTF coding. I changed all the database tables properties to utf8_inicode, but that didn't fix the problem.
Can you help? Is there any work around this problem?

It gives a lot of system errors, I think you should review your codes.
