JIM is a Private Messages Systems (PMS) for Joomla! The popular component was written by Laurent Belloeil. Because his site is down, I decided to make JIM available for those, who are interested in.

There were some minor problems with the original distribution of JIM. Therefore I made a workaround: The small modifications are explained in the Forum and the patched file is also available in the download area.

Recent tests have shown that JIM also works with Joomla! 1.5 in Legacy Mode.
