The plugin has only been tested with mailman version 2.1.6 webinterface.
Features:
* Subscribes new users to a Mailman list when approved.
* Unsubscribes old email address on change.
* Subscribes new email address on change.
* Unsubscribes email address when user is deleted.
* Unsubscribes email address when user is disabled.
* Subscribes email address when user is enabled.
* A bunch of configuration parameters have been added.
Known limitation:
Enabling/disableing must be performed by editing the user in the backend. The shortcuts in the backend-list does not work.
The plugin only works when the CB-workflow requires approval.
