Works well but there's what I assume is an error in the php code. I guess the code was taken from another plugin that read from entries in the CB Events? As long as you replace that code with this:
option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=1&Itemid=33=
It works very well. With no other configuring, it does indeed list documents uploaded by the user. You'll also want to change the name of the tab. You cannot have any other CB fields in the DocMan tab.

the com_event is from a similar plug in i try to make for Jevents. replae it with com_docman, delete itemid=33, there also some sql changes. in the select stament add nextto s.catid --> as dcatid. and at the link /index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=".$doc->dcatid
