First of all, please let me thank you for such a wonderful program. I can't say enough about the work your team has done!

However, maybe you could help me out. When I publish the Newletters tab through the Tab Manager page, the front end returns the following error and fails to load.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 58368 bytes) in /opt/lampp/htdocs/mambo/components/com_content/content.html.php on line 991

Likewise, the EasyPHPCalendar module also yields a similar error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 257716 bytes) in /opt/lampp/htdocs/mambo/modules/calendar/functions/calendar.php on line 73

The calendar error is not on every page of my site, just the index.php?option=com_comprofiler&Itemid=39 page.

I hope you could help me fix these errors.

My environment: Mambo 4.5.2, CB RC2, YANC 1.4b3

You either have a real problem or you are just running out of memory space.

Try increasing memory limit in PHP, ask your host for details thats what they are there for.

You might be able to override the memory limit with .htaccess

Try 16 mb and if that doesn't fix it you really have a problem causing the memory to be eaten so fast.

Thanks,

The problem was with my php.ini file. I increased the memory usage and the problems disappeared!

Thanks again,
