Search this forum, search Joomla extenstion. Have you looked as CBJuice?

I installed CBJuice and i got to the part uploading the .csv where it has all the users and info listed on the left, but then what do i do? there is a button on the right that says "Process the users" but nothing happens when i click it.

Got it working it was my fault for not selecting the add users.
