Hi!

In 1.1, I am now upgrading. but what does message mean. Every thing seems to be working until I do a test registration

The error indicates you've exhausted 32M of memory; please set within PHP.ini or .htaccess your memory limit to 64M. You've likely too many installed plugins/extensions resulting in too much memory usage.

You should contact your host on how to adjust maximum PHP memory; they will have the correct instructions for your server.
