[SOLVED] Installation upgrade error

[SOLVED] Installation upgrade error was created by SIG413LV
Please Help

I had no problems getting CB 1.2.1 to run on my computer, but whenever I try to install upgrade CB 1.2.3 com_comprofiler on my live site, I always get this error:

* It was not possible to copy the selected file.
* JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: /tmp/install_4c38f039b6106/js/tabpane.min.js to /home/lasvegas/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/js/tabpane.min.js

When I installed com_cblogin and other mod upgrades, they were successful. I don't know what is the problem with com_comprofiler.

Please help..

Please check that your /tmp folder and /component folder both have read and write access (755, 777, 644, etc.. contact your host for the correct access writes). Should also try using FTP layer and confirm if installed. If already using FTP disable it and try again.

I had the same problem... i ended deleting /componentes/comprofiler and administrator/componentes/comprofiler folders

Then i installed and worked like a charm... B)

Now i have to restore my config file and i guess thats it...
