Redirection always goes to same page

Redirection always goes to same page was created by maronson
I'm having an issue getting the login redirection to work. No matter how I set the redirect URL, it always goes to the same page. The strange thing is this is a page I had previously set as a login redirect. I have since removed the URL from all login modules but the ALL still default to this page for redirection. Is there some global parameter I'm missing??

Check your database to ensure the login redirect is correct. You will also want to change the first time logging in redirect from the registration tab in cb configuration.

In the "params" section of each mod_cblogin the 'login=' is set to nothing. I also set the first time redirect to blank. Anywhere else to check?

Are you using an .htaccess file with a rewrite? Do you use SEF? If so, try disabling SEF. Is it redirecting to your home page?

I thought it might have something to do with SEF also because when you log in the page that it redirects to does NOT have an SEF address but the standard Joomla format even if SEF is turned on. I have tried turning off SEF and stripped down my .htaccess file to just some calls for ionLoader (I'm running CBSubs on this site). No luck, it always ends up on the same page.
