Suggestions to use auto suggest in invite was created by userbk
Just thought I'll throw it out there.
Would be really cool if you added an ajax auto suggest function to the Invite friend to join group, ala Facebook style. There are a bunch of scripts out there. Here's one I found with Googl real quickly:

Making the request is cake. The problem is handling it, it can get very server intense to make constant calls like that on the fly. Most shared host would probably fail if there was a userbase greater then 5-10k. We'll be bringing significantly more ajax features (well optimized) with release of CB 2.0 (where GJ will merge into CBs core!). However, currently have no plans to implement in a release before then.

How could you have GJ 2.4 when you're not an Advanced subscriber? If you're a client or a part of a team then have the purchaser please verify you've legitimate access to GJ 2.x. To answer your question; no there is no auto suggest.
