I am unable to find the css code to make this image larger.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can of course change the thumbnail size for new photos from the GJ Configuration -> Integrations -> Photo -> Upload tab.

Please inspect the page you posted with firebug to see the css that is used on the thumbnail.
