On my site everyone can post information like a wiki and is recorded in their user profile. However if all of this is loaded at the same time it puts burden on my mysql survey, when my site will grow. Aswell it elongates the site massivly, as i have got around 30 content items. Is there any way the developers could add page display to it.

I have no clue about what you are asking, can you re state that?

in your author tab that shows all of the items you that write, it just shows a massive list of them. This could be made into pages like you would see when you go into a joomla category, so it would have like

<-previous page page 1 2 3 4 next page->

it should be fairly easy to implement as the code is out there.
