undefined function comprofilerMail

14 years 5 months ago #116291 by tto
Hello,

After setting up the email in Cbsubs, I am receiving the fallowing error (some times):

Fatal error: Call to undefined function comprofilerMail() in /home/site/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubsemail/cbsubs.email.php on line 0

It happens when a user, after selecting the plan, and then clicking a link in the site. Also it happens when a user plan is expired and he clicks a link in the site. Also no email is sent when this error show.

An empty page will show with the above error in it.

Any advice ?

Thanks,

Regards,

Tariq

This is a core function of CB, please ensure you're using CB 1.2.1 with your CBSubs 1.0.3 installation.

Re-checked, I am using CB 1.2.1 & Joomla 1.5.14

I have also noticed that CBSubs is not sending all notification messages on renew, expired etc.

I don't know what can be wrong :(

Thanks,

Is this strictly affecting the email integration plugin or is no emails sending from CBSubs at all (such as emails in the presentation tab)? Have you reviewed server error log for potential errors? When adding emails did you ensure to provide a subject and/or body to the email as well as valid email address for the TO field (can also use [email] substitution for the users email address).
