Hi there again,
I'm still looking for a solution to make the field values dynamically available by selecting them from a database table.
For e.g.:
Members register as employees of a not yet included company.
If the first member of that company registers , following employees of that company can directly choose their company from that list.
Any ideas on that?

You'd need a new fieldtype plugin to accomplish this; I recommend closely review ajax text field and field field plugins available to document subscribers on how to correctly build a fieldtype plugin.
