I'm using CB 1.2.2 and I have this problem:

I have created this groups (Tour Operators, Agencies) directly on the data base with phpmyadmin and I also have created users from "CB user manager" which I have assigned to each group they belong to in "Group" and "Type of user".

Groups are the type "Author".

I also have created some menus ("access level") and some corresponding modules ("access level") and I have assignated the groups to these in a way that, every time an user logs in, he can only see the menu he's assignated to.

All of this configuration was working fine with the JA TELINE II template but I just changed to JA TELINE III and it appears that the Agencies group and his users are still working well, I mean, when I log in as Agency user I can only see the corresponding menu but when I log in as an Tour Operator user it shows all menus, Tour Operator and Agencies' ones.

I've already tried to create groups, users and menus and it's still the same.

I need urgent help.
