Hi, another one,

the privacy plugin shows the correct translation in backend but fails to do so on frontend if a user is editing his profile.

plugin version privacy 1.0 RC
Using german translation.

can confirm this.
I already posted this problem in another thread but by now did not get any response on that.
To me it seems that the text is hard coded in the plugin. I tried to put the word phrases used in the plugin to the core language file in german.
No success, so there has to be another solution.

Searching the plugins in cb i recognized that there are no special language files for the plugins to extend the core translation. It seems to me that it's not an option to translate plugin codes by now.

Any ideas/hints welcome.

Hi, sorry I missed your post . I put a link to this thread there. Hope this is ok.

What is strange: on profile gallery the translations for the privacy plugin works but not for all normal tabs containing text, select, checkboxes etc.
