Hello,

I changed my mail setup to use my gmail account because for some reason I was not receiving all the emails using the PHP Mail Function.

So I read the posts regarding this issue and setup my settings as follows:

Mailer: SMTP Server
Mail From: info@xxx.com
SMTP Authentication: Yes
SMTP Security: SSL
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: info@xxx.com
SMTP Password: xxxx
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com

Now it seems as if it works because I receive the emails but here are my problems now.

1. I get the error message
Notice * SMTP Error! Data not accepted.
I get this when I'm in the manage connections page when I go to accept the users and also in the backend when I manually confirm a user.

2. When I click save in the user manager or Update in Manage Connections to page takes forever to save and when it does it kicks back that message.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Joomla 1.5.15
CB 1.2.2
