I did not understand well how the "language dependent constant" should be used, please explain. (I searched the forum before posting).

Hi Krileon, in the REGISTRATION TAB of the configuration pane, in the INTRODUCTION TEXT FOR REGISTRATION, there is:
"Enter the text/html to display on the top of the registration page or a language dependent constant like _UE_WELCOME_DESC. This field may contain a motivation message for new members to register and/or special instructions. Leave blank for not displaying any message."

I am not sure how to use it.

You can easily experiment and type your own text in this parameter and see how it looks on your registration page.
