Community builder 1.2.2 update avatar error

I am using CB on Joomla 1.5.15 together with the shirtnetwork component www.shirtnetwork.com/
When a user wants to update his image from gallery or upload his own, the error shows up:

Can someone help me solve this issue?
The snw_user_id column is not part of CB.
YOU installed something that created this column and that is causing this error.
Without knowing what you installed or your current environment very little can be done to assist you.
