Hello,
How do I change the way the tabs are output on a profile page? Now, the tabs are output as tables and I would like to have them output as divs instead. I tried the template files for such but haven't found a clue in them yet.

This is hardcoded into CBs core, you can't change them without altering the entire frontend structure which is designed to use tables. We'll be addressing the layout with CB 2.0 to be more up to date (ajax, divs, etc...).
