[SOLVED] Yellow Top Warning Bar to Register? was created by ThaiM
I'm looking for a way to display a yellow bar on the top of the screen to let people know that they are not logged in and to encourage them to register.
Does anyone know of any such extensions or workaround?
I'll keep searching and will post up if I can find something.
But if someone know, it'd be greatly appreciated.

You could use the CB Content module within a new module position placed within your Joomla template at the top of the page then using something like the following as the modules content.
