I saw an old thread for this question from 2007, but no resolution.
I need to have CB send an email notification the admin whenever a user changes information in their profile. I see a checkbox in CB Configuration>Moderation that says "Send Moderators Email" with the description "If "Yes" moderators will receive emails when actions happen that require their attention." But I don't think that includes when a user just updates their information.
How can I set this up? Thanks for the help.

You or someone else needs to code a CB plugin to do this.
There is no - out of the box solution you can capitalize on at the moment.
