We need to copy the contacts in one site to a new site we are creating. HOW do we export (backup) and import?

Contacts? Do you mean users such as those found in User Management? If meaning users you could use CB Juice to export and import users. If you mean Joomla contacts then CB does not handle those, you should request feedback on the Joomla boards.We need to copy the contacts in one site to a new site we are creating.
