CB Login issue

I'm having a very weird (to me) issue that I can't find anywhere.
In Safari, when a user logs in everything proceeds and works as normal. They are able to access the modules & pages that require them to be logged in.
When a user logs in IE, they show as being online in the comprofileronline module and in the back end, but they can't access registered modules/pages.
In Firefox, when a user logs in it behaves exactly like IE, however if they then login a second time everything proceeds and works as normal.
I am using:
PHP 5.2.13
CB 1.2.2 (Fresh Install)
Joomla 1.5.18 (Fresh Install)
Has anyone run into this before?

Please upgrade to CB 1.2.3 and confirm if issue still present. If so ensure you are using CB Login module as well as see the Synchronize Users tool within CBs Tools to ensure your users are synchronized.CB 1.2.2 (Fresh Install)
