[SOLVED] Login redirect URL

[SOLVED] Login redirect URL was created by patpat
Hi,

my concern is that i have a menu pointing out on an article.
In addition to this menu display, few modules are displayed (only with this menu).

The problem is that I have put the same article URL as the mod_cblogin redirect URL.

After a member logs in, the article is displayed correctly BUT without the modules supposed to be visible with the article (as it is in the menu).

Is there a way to redirect to the menu-like display of the same article ?

Regards
P

Ensure you are providing the non-SEF version of the URL with Itemid appended. Itemid is the ONLY determining factor of module display. Without it appended to the URL the modules will not display.

Hi Kyle
Actually i have used the exact same URL as the one for the corresponding menu (refering to an article)
Link:
Index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=43

Is it correct then ?

Cheers

No, your link does not have Itemid appended to it. The link should be for example the following.

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=43&Itemid=24
