Remove "Profile Page" after name

Remove "Profile Page" after name was created by oaanesta
When looking at diffrent profiles it stay "Profile Page" after the names..

example:
Britney Spears Profile Page
Madonna Profile Page
Banana Obama Profile Page

I want remove the "Profile Page" after names, how do I do it?

Alternatively you can edit the User Profile Page Title tab within Tab Management and change the parameter User Profile Title text: to something like [name].
