I have users who say they have not received the email confirmation. Maybe it is their spam filters. I know from the forum that there is currently no method to resend the confirmation.

I want to cc: the admin copies of the email confirmations that are sent out. Which php file would I need to modify to do this? That way I can just search my inbox and resend the email manually.
