Hello,
If I block a user with the CB frontend, they can still write to users wall*, is this a bug?

If a user is blocked, then the user should not be able to login.
Are you really blocking the user?
Or have you just banned his profile?

banned != blocked
banning a profile is meant to not show extra tabs (as perhaps they have been deemed as offensive) but give the user (offender) a chance to rectify (then you unban). Blocking is done from backend (CB User Manager -> contact info tab) and a blocked user cannot login, nor use the same email address to create a new account.
