This tabs API was not there in mambo 4.5.0, so we couldn't use it.

Guess no luck there.
Couple of questions:
1. What variable can I use to check if CB is installed?
2. How would I display CB tabs on another page, for instance the Connections tab, or the Forums tab, in tab form with the theme around it?
Would still sorta like the file reference to framework for the avatar approval if anyone knows where it is
