help customizing cb was created by brendanb
Hi I have recently started using Joomla! to create an Intranet for work. I was advised to install community builder for managing my users. I need to set-up something in the user management part where the site admin would insert the birth date of the users. How do I do that, what do I need to add? a new field?

Within Field Management add a new field followed by setting it as Read Only (so users can't edit and admins can from backend). I recommend becoming a document subscriber and review the documentation to assist in your installation and configuration.
