After upgrading from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3 I have a small issue.
I have the same login setup as this site but when I click "Your Profile" on my site it takes me to the "Members List". I do have a link for the members list enabled on the main menu and when I disable it I have no problem.

You need a public and published menu link to profiles, this is mandatory and is stated so when creating a Joomla CB menu link as well as in all CB documentation. Otherwise it will attempt to obtain the closest thing and that being the userlist Itemid.
