User Management Problem

User Management Problem was created by cyberoner1
Hi all,
I have installed the newest Version of the Community Builder (1.2.3) it is a clean installation.
When I now try to use the Tab User Management I always get open a new site with following error:
Direct Access to this location is not allowed.
How can I can get access to this site, cause I want to add some new users
