How creat new fieldtype? was created by k2br
is it possible to create a new fieldtype? I need a similar fieldtype to a current "password", which uses Base64 SHA-1 Encryptation

Yes, you need to develop a new plugin for this. Please see document subscriber plugins file and ajax text fieldtype plugins as examples.
