Edit Your Details - change tab sequence

There are a number of discussion threads on this topic, but I cannot find an answer nor a definitive statement that it cannot be done.
When you go to profile, and then select "Update Your Profile", you come to a screen that it Edit Your Details. There are 3 tabs - Portrait, Contact Information and Forum. Right now, Portrait is the first tab and that's a problem because many of our users don't know to click on the Contact Information tab in order to "Edit Their Details". I would like to change the order of these tabs so that Contact Information comes up first and shows all of the contact fields.
Is there an easy, not-too-technical way to do this?

Edit profile tab positions are the same positions specified within Tab Management.
Yes, edit your tabs and adjust their positions respectively followed by changing their order within Tab Management.Is there an easy, not-too-technical way to do this?
