[SOLVED] Install error

[SOLVED] Install error was created by flowerthief
According to the readme I should install com_comprofiler.zip first, yes? When I do this (through Extensions manager->Install of course) I get:

"There was an error uploading this file to the server."

and

"Unable to find install package."

Did I miss a step?

Please read the README files included with the CB package. You can also find the installation documentation here .

For anyone curious, I was able to solve the problem by extracting the files in com_comprofiler.zip, uploading them to the com_installer directory through FTP, then installing with the Extensions manager from that location. I think the issue was with my host (byethost).

Thank you for this information! I read the documentation, and was still stuck at the same error screen. YOUR directions are much more helpful!
