Creating users is done from frontend registration or backend User Management. CB won't fill your other components databases unless you've an integration to do so. You could use documentation subscriber incubator project CB Queries to perform queries after user creation to add that user or their information to your other database tables. Otherwise you'll need to create your own integration to synchronize from CB to your other tables.
