Private message box issue

Hi,
I have community builder running with uddeIM for private messaging but I have a problem that on my user profile pages I now display both a private message entry box (under the User Status fields), and then underneath is a link to 'Send private message'.
Because of my template, the first entry box doesn't display properly and I don't need both. I don;t know if these are both running uddeIM, or if the first one is a community builder standard PM box?
Can someone help with how to deactivate the PM entry box?

Disable the Quick Message tab in Tab Management if you're going to use UddeIMs plugin/tab.
