"Not Authorized" with superadmin account

Hello I am are using CB 1.4.0, and when I try to edit and save a cb profil in the backend (with superadmin account) we have a javascript alert who say a message like "Not Authorized".

I know there is CB 1.7 but can help me with CB 1.4.0 to target the problem?
