view my profile url redirection

view my profile url redirection was created by adonasta
there is a problem i always have with CB whenever i install it and still havent figured it out.
the view_my_profile redirect url is "index.php?option=com_comprofiler" as displayed in
/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.html.php in line 1778.
so...while i am logged in and when:
1) i click my username displayed in the "CB online users" module
2) viewing users list i click on my name
instead of seeing my profile i still see the users list.
in other worlds...while there is already "option=com_comprofiler" in the url the "_UE_BACK_TO_YOUR_PROFILE" function doesnt work.
i m thinking we should add something in the baseurl after 'index.php?option=com_comprofiler'
any ideas?

I am thinking that you have not created a public mantatory menu item as instructed in the installation guide.

i know about the menu item, but then...what difference will it make?
i ll just have an extra -and ONLY working link to my profile and the other two still not functioning right?
