user can't edit CB profile after upgrade

Just upgraded from 1.3.1 to 1.7.1 for joomla! 1.5.24

1. user can't edit CB profile even the account was approved/confirmed and activated successfully.

Message is " You are not authorized to access the requested resource" and sometimes the message is: This user has not yet confirmed his email address and account!
This user has not yet been approved by a moderator! but the CB doesn't allow administrator to approve the new user. and i configure "require admin approve--NO"
