When you click Forgot Login>then Reminder needed for Lost Password>
Fill in user name
Fill in Password
And click send password - nothing happens. page just sits.
Please Advise

Sounds like fatal JS error preventing the validation from submitting the form. Switch to default Joomla protostar template and see if issue persists.

I switched to the Prostar template,,, but I will have to rebuild the site ; ( just to see if it works?

Navigate to profile edit, switch to protostar, refresh, and see if issue persists. Be sure to also clear Joomla cache before refreshing if you're using caching. If it doesn't then problem is your template. If it is your template you'll need to contact the developer of your template.
