how to hide username in user profile? was created by saman2

hi.
i want hide the username from side of avatar in the user profile page for other users than him.how to do that?(Susan K. in the attached file) (without CSS)

That's the formatname field rendered in the User Profile Page Title tab. Either adjust the tab or adjust name formatting in CBs configuration.
