Set up a similar structure

Set up a similar structure was created by nick71
I studied the documentation, looked at what video I found, but could not figure out how to create the following functionality:
1. We need separate sections Real Estate and Work. It is necessary that when added and when viewed on the site, they have different fields, for example, in the Real Estate field, the Building type field should not be in the Work section. And vice versa, in the Job section, the Specialty field. I can’t figure out whether to do this by Categories or Groups, how to create a field and assign it only to the desired section, how to display this field on the site so that the user fills it out when adding a message?
2. How to properly set up the division in the Work section for job search and job offer?
3. Does the CB have a filter functionality, i.e. the module is not just a search, but a filter on the selected fields?
Please tell me in the form of one example in sequence, I have already tried it but I can not fully understand the settings of the component. There are a number of questions, perhaps if there is a specialist, preferably from Ukraine, who can help, I will be very happy

You'd need CB Conditional for that. You'd then have a field to select what type of profile you're creating or registering as. You can then condition other fields or entire tabs of fields based off that profile type selection to either show or hide as needed. You can demo CB Conditional on our demosite below.

2. How to properly set up the division in the Work section for job search and job offer?

Should probably just be a userlist which you can create in CB > List Management. If you've done the above and have a field to determine what type of profile they are you can easily filter that list to only show those with a work profile for example then be able to search other fields related to work profiles.

3. Does the CB have a filter functionality, i.e. the module is not just a search, but a filter on the selected fields?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. You mean filtering a userlist? Yes. You can give searching a userlist a try on our demosite below.
