CB User Edit and blank after save help

CB User Edit and blank after save help was created by pgaskin
We're currently having problems on cb user manager.
If we edit the a user some of the details are not loaded like the radio button of gender some dropdown and other fields. Only username, Names and email are appearing.
If we edit it to fill up the fields then click save button it will just go white blank page on FF and on IE or Chrome its "not found". The url at the top is "www.examofficers.org.uk/administrator/index.php" not the "www.examofficers.org.uk/administrator/index.php#save". But the changes made on Username, email and pass were actually save but the rest of the field were not.
The same goes for adding new user after hitting add it will just go blank or not found on ie but the user was actually added but only containing the records of username, names and email are saved but the are others are not.
It was like this while on CB 1.2.3 and Joomla 1.5.17
So I thought upgrading it to latest version will fixed them but still the same. No error encountered during upgrade. I used the CB Tools to check for problems all green. I increased the PHP Memory limit from 32M to 128M still the same...
Please advise and help us thank you.

Thank you for your help on this - these are the error logs from yesterday....
Memory was expanded to 128MB from 32MB but still errors.....

As you can see these errors have nothing to do with CB - however they will break your pages.

It doesn't matter where the error is happening. Nicks point is the errors are code breaking. Warnings will allow PHP to continue, but you have FATAL errors coming from 3rd party sources. Those fatal errors STOP php from continuing.
This means any code after the point of the fatal error will not work. Disable and/or remove the offending extensions and your issue will likely be resolved. Continue to monitor error log after disabled and/or removal for any further errors.
More then likely you've an integration between Agora and CB as it being a Forum extension that would be necessary. This is why such an error could be triggering within CB. The only other way is if there is a system plugin affecting your entire site.
With the above said please check Plugin Management for an Agora integration plugin and disable it. Once done try saving a user and see if issue persists. If it does re-review your error log to see what happened.
