installation problem

installation problem was created by cfuerst
I've followed the steps in the installation guide and when I install, I get the following error message:

Error while opening {/var/www/virtual/65.18.193.178/www.nlom.org/tmp/install_4d237b363e9ab/index.html} in write binary mode
Installer - Error
Uncompressing /var/www/virtual/65.18.193.178/www.nlom.org/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz failed.

When I select "continue," it says this:

Warning: file /var/www/virtual/65.18.193.178/www.nlom.org/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz still exists. This is probably due to the fact that first installation step did not complete, or second installation step did not take place. If you are sure that first step has been performed, you need to execute second installation step before using CB. You can do this now by clicking here: please click here to continue next and last installation step.

When I select "click here," I get the same error message.

What do I do?
