CB 1.3.1 cannot install was created by paul55
Hello
I was running Joomla on my easyphp on my pc.
CB 1.3.1 installed fine.
Now I did put up a new site , and wanted to install CB 1.3.1 also.

But during install I see the upload in % , and when ready , the site wanted to go back
to administration , the site is empty , google chrome saying it was unable to connect
and a link : try again , wich I do , and administration is back , with no CB installed !
Did look in the apache error log , it says :
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted
(tried to allocate 2092358 bytes) in /home/owner/domains/website.com
/public_html/Veiling/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 305

If I manually want to add install.sql into data base mysql says :
#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version
for the right syntax to use near 'INSERT IGNORE INTO `#__comprofiler_plugin` (`id`, `name`, `element`, `type`,
`fo' at line 2

Because I want to install CB , it went so much wrong , I had to install joomla over 4 times.....

PHP server is 5.5
so somehow I can not install CB at all....

What is wrong ? or What do I do wrong ?

I install with Joomla the zip file , nothing
I unpacked , and install from tmp , nothing.
I end up with admin gone , or with startpage ( index) gone
( no such line in mysql)
Help ?

Thanks Paul

Please read our FAQ section about such PHP memory issues.

Hi Nant
This zip.php file error
It was not the memory that gave the problem , ( the host "up't" it to 64mb)
I unpacked the zip , with ( I use only winrar) , then I packed again with
winrar , but making a .zip , try to install , and hey presto , it worked !!
So somehow , some hosting must have problems with the way the zip is packed...
The .zip original from this site worked fine on install on mij easyphp on my pc.
But did not on the webserver.
So rezip helped.
A thing to consider for some with the same problem.
Cheers Paul
