Upgrade Issue CB 1.23 to 1.31 was created by bickster
Getting the error listed below...saw similar posts with no solution offered
Going from CB 1.23 to 1.31
Need to upgrade my CBSubs as well from 1.03 to 1.1.2 (any issues there?)
I exceed all technical specs ...

Please help ASAP

* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Warning! Failed to move file.

This is usually a permissions problem.

Check Joomla permissions on your installation - consider enabling the FTP layer if needed.

I enable FTP layer ... no luck with install...where & how do I change permissions

After enabling FTP the only error message is "Unable to find install package"

Error is now "JFTP::mkdir: Bad response"
